Return policy, Exchange and Cancellation

Cancellations, Returns & Exchange
Cancellation is accepted before the order is dispatched.
But Returns and Exchange will be entertained in 48 hours from the delivery date if the product hasn’t been damaged or used. The purchased good should be in its original state (including its packaging and labels), the customer in Kathmandu should come to our store at Beauty Queen Statio in associated with Ankita Shringar Center Junhall road, Narayanghat, Chitwan, Nepal and produce the bill after inspection then only we shall take the returns and exchange.
For the customers outside the valley, you should return it within 7 days from the delivery date for exchange.
Return shipping and handling costs and other charges are non-refundable.
All return shipping charges must be prepaid.
Packages marked “not claimed” or “insufficient/incorrect address” will be refunded when received minus shipping costs that were charged.
Returns Policy
If your product is defective/damaged or incorrect/incomplete at the time of delivery, please contact us within the applicable return window. Your product may be eligible for a refund depending on the product category and condition. Please see the detailed terms in the relevant category.
Returns are accepted if there is a result of a manufacturing defect.
Please note that some products are not eligible for a return if the product is “No longer needed”
For device-related issues after usage or the expiration of the return window, we will refer you to the brand warranty center (if applicable).
Products purchased under SALE or BULK orders won’t be returned or exchanged.
Conditions for Returns
The products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and without any defects and glitches.
If somehow the product is damaged after delivery it will not be returned.
The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies, and all other accessories.
Orders that we suspect to be fraudulent or products that have been tampered with will not be refunded.
The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging/box. If the product was delivered in the second layer of our packaging, then it must be returned in the same condition with the return shipping label attached. Do not put any tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s box.

REFUNDS After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
  • The product should be unused      

It is important to print out and paste the return label on your return parcel to avoid any inconvenience/delay in process of your return.
If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
